Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are as follows: Flat Rate Per Order

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at:

Exchange or Returns

  • Return of goods will not be accepted unless prior approval in writing has been given by Westgate
  • Returns for credit must be made within 14 days and all goods shall be returned in original condition
  • Where goods have been supplied by Westgate and we have agreed to accept return of those goods a service fee of 10% of the total value of goods will apply.
  • Freight charges shall be paid by the customer for all goods returned, unless otherwise agreed by Westgate.
  • No responsibility will be taken by Westgate, for any goods lost or damaged in transit while being returned for credit unless otherwise agreed.
  • Special/Custom orders will not be accepted for return unless otherwise authorized by a Westgate representative

Returns Process

To return an item, please send it to:

And also include the following information:

  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
